I help people like you or your loved ones who struggle with health issues such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, or other chronic illnesses. My goal during our collaboration is to provide you with a safe space for self-reflection and spiritual growth. As your ally, I aid you in addressing your challenges and reclaiming your health.
You may have experienced chronic health symptoms for some time despite taking medications. Perhaps you believe that there is more you can do to restore your health. I can positively tell you: you are in the right place.
As your Functional Medicine and National-Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I support you in discovering the right path for your own revitalization. You will learn to step into your own power, say "yes" to yourself, and cultivate tools to improve your health.

The Functional Medicine Model resonates deeply with me as it is a scientific holistic approach to health. It promotes your wellbeing by focusing on mending the root causes of disease. During sessions with me, we will primarily explore and improve how you “STEM” (sleep, think, eat, and move).
I believe transformation in the body, mind, and soul is possible only when we understand our individual inner realities—our thoughts, our emotions, and our beliefs. My mission is simple: I strive to coach you with a heart-centered approach to strengthen your self-awareness, embrace self-compassion, and tap into more energy and mental clarity.
Please note that I do not diagnose disease or treat symptoms, but rather partner with you to explore your current lifestyle habits. Using positive psychology and other techniques, you will receive gentle guidance to tap into your energy and elevate your health, often in combination with prescribed practices from your health care provider.
I will help you take a 360-degree view of your health, looking through the lens of love and compassion, you will be able to set concrete, actionable goals that will get you where you want to be, one step at a time.

MY JOURNEY INSPIRES ME TO BRING CLARITY, HOPE, AND COMPASSION TO OTHERS.
Because I have traversed my own path to better well-being, I feel a deep calling to help you walk yours, too. Like you, I am no stranger to health obstacles.
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis more than 15 years ago, I found it essential to foster a holistic approach to my healing. Through rebalancing the mind, body, and soul, I revealed to myself that reducing inflammation in my body was possible. I am prepared to assist you in doing the same.
My inspiration for starting Tune to Travel was a journey more than it was an immediate, concrete idea. Following the tragic death of my husband from cancer at the young age of 40, I knew intrinsically that I needed to step up and devote my life to a bigger cause. My deep yearning to serve others as a tribute to his life gradually turned into my dedication to help others take control of their health while also remaining true to the heart and moving into divine conviction.
Health coaching became the tool I used to reach my dream of supporting a nourishing environment and reconnection to the inner self for myself and others. Today, Tune to Travel encompasses my passion for weaving self-care together with spiritual techniques to help you finally feel at peace and at home within yourself.

Tune to Travel was borne out of my own story of chronic illness and loss, but the significance behind the words, imagery, and color selection goes even deeper.
Just as you can tune a radio station to an exact frequency, you can choose to tune yourself, too—your heart, body, and soul—to encourage a healthful way of being. You can choose to walk toward a more hopeful, healing life that promotes quality sleep, positive mindset, nutritious food, reparative movement, and a deeper inner connection. This process is a journey you travel, becoming more awakened and aligned each step of the way.
Tune to Travel’s logo is symbolic of a whirling dervish, a concept originating from 13th-century Sufi-Muslim poet Rumi, that finds balance through divine connection. On each end of the “V” are slight curves, representing hands. The right hand reaches toward the heavens while the left hand is drawn to the Earth, which embodies the idea of humans drawing from the Source. It is illustrative of life’s balance and unity; without it, we would stumble and fall. This is combined with shades of blue—meaning loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven—and orange—representative of energy, happiness, creativity, fascination, attraction, determination, and success.
Most fundamentally, Tune to Travel encompasses the journey within. It is the inner journey of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences that guides outcomes in your outer life. Inner understanding and stability can empower you to finally take ownership of your health.
ACCELERATE HEALING
Knowing there are so many suffering with chronic disorders I feel the need to help others using the skills, resources, education and passion I have for healing. Conventional medicine diagnose and treat disease, but are less adept at helping to change behavior. Therefore, a health coach is ideal in encouraging clients to make lasting lifestyle improvements.
According to a 2014 systematic literature review, among adults with chronic diseases, health coaching leads to statistically significant improvements in weight management as well as physical and mental health.
I believe a health and lifestyle coach is the missing link that could truly help patients transform their lives. Rather than focusing on organ specific dysfunctions and labeling a disease, addressing the mind, body and soul to enhance awareness of one’s reality, was exactly what I needed and now offer to others.
