Not only is it a more cost-effective option compared to one-on-one sessions, but it also harnesses the incredible power of a supportive group dynamic. Heartful Wellness 10-week Group Coaching Program

2.5 Months (10 Weeks)
  • Embark on a transformative wellness journey with the support of a group through a holistic approach, which includes a thorough health assessment and SMART goal-setting. Ideal for those with chronic illnesses or anyone seeking to enhance the way they sleep, think, eat and move.

  • 1 hour individual intake plus 5 biweekly 1 hour group sessions

As chronic illnesses rise around the world, it is increasingly vital for people to address their lifestyle choices and commit to changing unhealthy habits. However, sometimes that is easier said than done—this is where I come in.

It is my goal as your Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach to help you achieve success for your health via the “STEM” process, where we will take a look at how you sleep, think, eat, and move. These four functions are essential to your wellbeing, and if any are imbalanced, I will be your ally in guiding you to balance them.

People like you and your loved ones with chronic illness seek out someone they can trust, relate to, and connect with when starting this journey. You may need help with anything from motivation to learning how to adopt healthier lifestyles. With a love-guided and heart-centric approach, I use various techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and goal-setting to assist you in making needed changes to improve your quality of life—body, mind, and spirit.

After two major turning points in my life, an MS attack that left me temporarily paralyzed on one side of my body, and my husband’s passing leaving me a single mom of two, I was guided to become a board-certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. My unique path has deepened my understanding of challenges and resilience, and I am committed to supporting you as you embark on your own journey to optimal health.

The faculty consists of internationally recognized thought leaders and experts who are shaping their fields. There is a collaborative relationship with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). They participate in hands-on, experiential learning sessions and receive individualized feedback during Live Training Sessions.

Integrate Functional Medicine and nutrition content taught by IFM faculty with coaching content, such as motivational interviewing, positive psychology, mind-body medicine, and character strengths.

All our calls will be hosted online through a video/chat channel as it is convenient for clients and allows me to see, hear and talk with you and interact on a more personal level.  The best platform to use will be the Zoom video and audio conferencing platform.
