Morning Glory Oatmeal

This incredibly hearty oatmeal is a wonderful way to start your day. Packed with nuts, seeds and delicious fruit toppings, this will become a recipe you will enjoy many times over.

  • 9 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Mixed seeds and raisins
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2.5 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tbsp Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Crushed flaxseeds


  • Pour the water in a medium size sauce pan and allow to come to a boil.
  • Add in the walnuts and all seeds. Continue to cook on a lower temperature for 1 minute.
  • On a low fire, gently mix in the oats. Cook for a few minutes until the oatmeal is cooked, then add in the coconut oil and cinnamon.
  • Take the oven off and mix in the flax seeds and honey.
  • Divide in 3 small bowls and add pomegranate and blueberries as toppings.


Serve hot and reap the health benefits of this nourishing meal.
